How quick is your delivery?
Most orders placed at our website before 3pm Monday to Friday (excludes bank holidays and UK postal strikes), are dispatched from us on the day they are ordered. Orders placed overnight, on bank holidays or at the weekend are dispatched into the next available collection. You can choose from 4 delivery options including two express delivery services.
Is your packaging discreet?
Our packaging is very discreet. Your order will be packed either in a padded brown or white padded envelope, or in a box in a courier pack. There is no company advertising on the outer packaging.
Can I collect my order?
Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. To place an order for collection, you will need to do so online and pay for it before we can process it, and then contact customer services to arrange collection. Once we have received your order and payment, we will process it and send you a confirmation email to let you know that your order is ready for collection.
Please note that you will only be able to collect your order once you have received this confirmation email. If you arrive to collect your order without having received the confirmation email, we will not be able to release the order to you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team.
When will you have more stock?
Due to unprecedented demand this year for home fertility products and ultra sensitive early detection pregnancy tests and eco friendly ovulation test strips , we have increased our stock levels of our most popular pregnancy tests, ovulation tests, fertility tests and fertility products.
More stock is becoming available regularly. if an item is out of stock, this will be shown on the product listing. If we know when the product will be back in stock, we will add the expected date of the new stocks arrival to the listing. You may register to be notified when the product is back in stock.
Can I pre-order an out of stock item?
If an item is out of stock, but due in soon you may be able to pre-order. If this is the case this will be shown on the product listing with an expected dispatch date. Alternatively contact our trade team to place a trade order and reserve stock.
How do I contact you about an order?
Our customer support team are available by chat, e-mail and telephone 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please make sure to include your order number if you need to contact us.
